Al Baraq Steel Works L.L.C, located in the New Industrial Area – Ajman was founded on 29 March 2006 as a result of a study undertaken by a group of experienced professionals at different levels (Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales and Management).

Imba was established in 1978 in the United Arab Emirates. It started as a paints applicator then grew to delivering paints, all types of building materials, and other ventures relating to building contracting including polystyrene production, carpentry, decoration, and waterproofing & insulation.
